Market Day Vlog: Ceramics by Day, Rock’n’Roll by Night

Do you ever find yourself moving through life on autopilot—just going from one thing to the next without much space to breathe? It’s easy to get swept up in the motions and forget about the parts of life that feel most like you.

That’s why creative moments matter so much. They remind us that life isn’t only about the grind—it can be about connection, joy, and making something real.

Last weekend, I had my first market in a while. I spent the day sharing my jewelry at Harvest Fest, and later that night, I played a show with my band at the after party. Two very different spaces, but both gave me that same sense of showing up fully as myself and putting creative energy out into the world.

Maybe for you, that looks different—writing, cooking, gardening, or something else entirely. Whatever form it takes, finding ways to nurture those creative spaces matters. They give us a chance to reconnect with ourselves and with each other.

If you’d like to see how that day unfolded, you can watch the vlog here.
